Me and my family have lived here since 2022 and have really enjoyed it. It’s decently priced and and the staff are always helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help my family and I more than appreciate it. Also if you have dogs they have a dog park which is nice to be able to let my dog run around and get some energy out.

Went in to get some info on some apartments. I had been looking for days... I walked in and Elizabeth greeted me and was so kind! Great customer service, So informative and just absolutely pleasant! Apartments were super cute too. Totally recommend. I'm going to move in the summer

We have lived here for about a year and half, and the staff are amazing! The office always has a smiling face and works with your circumstances if they arise, and provide professional service. The onsite laundry is handy, and has seating a vending machine to pass the time, and the small fitness center is convenient as well. There's an onsite dog park and doggy bags are provided throughout the park to maintain cleanliness. The apartments are nice and the upgraded units are gorgeous. Very much recommend!

Lived here a year and a half..circumstances have changed otherwise i would still be here....GREAT STAFF......FRIENDLY MAINTENANCE.....i could not have picked a better apartment in Ypsilanti to live....but also did my homework....visited about 10 different complexes(felt like a prison in most others) .if i had to look for another apartment again..i'd pick here 100 % of the time....upgrading apartments as people move out.....lawn and snow dealt with timely.....and....LOVE.. the fact i can walk right into my apartment without travelling through a smoke smelling hallway...BENCHMARK , and office staff..(CARLA AND LAURA)...Thanks for a very nice experience, sincerely, Kevin
