As a resident of the Sapphire for 3 years.. I’ve noticed tremendous changes for the Better!! The staff is Welcoming and Maintenance team works hard daily. I recently saw the Beautiful Flowers at the Entrance doors and was all Smiles!! . Also, I wanted to make sure I complimented the staff on striving to make the Building beautiful. I look forward to enjoying all of the amenities the Sapphire has to offer.
I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon to inquire about potentially renting an apartment at the Sapphire. I was greeted by the leasing agent Simone, she was very friendly, professional and helpful...perfect for her position! Although I haven't moved in yet, Simone has certainly made a great first impression. She took me on a tour, and they are by far the largest apartment I have ever seen, and have a very authentic feel. If living at Sapphire Apartments is as positive of an experience as our first meeting with Simone, then it's going to be great! I would highly recommended them.
The Sapphire has really large apartments. I have a lot of furniture and really needed a 2 bedroom or one bedroom with a den, but when I saw the 1000 square foot one bedroom with a full balcony, I know that would be more than enough space. Super close to the lodge freeway and downtown were my main concern because most of my social life is downtown. Nowhere else could I find a true balcony, because I spend a great deal of time out there.. so I love it...
