Steve joined M2 Property Group in 2025 and currently oversees repair, maintenance, and contract services for 606 apartment homes while leading a team of maintenance technicians.
With more than 16 years of experience in the property management industry, Steve brings a versatile skill set and the ability to adapt to the many challenges that come with maintaining our communities. He has also earned his EPA and CPO certifications, further strengthening his technical expertise.
