Scott joined M2 Property Group in 2010 after working with several of our assets beginning in 2005. With a property management career spanning more than 30 years, Scott has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, and Director of Operations.
Today, Scott oversees the day-to-day property operations of M2's portfolio. His responsibilities include operational reporting, vendor and resident relations, employee incentive programs, property inspections, policy development, and providing training and support to our management teams. He also oversees M2's property management database and website.
Scott holds several industry credentials, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Certified Property Manager (CPM®). He also holds a Universal Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning EPA 608 Technician Certification and is a Certified Lead Renovator.
Scott's extensive operational experience and industry knowledge allow him to provide leadership and support across M2's portfolio while helping our teams and communities succeed.
