Rick joined M2 Property Group in 2004 and currently serves as Regional Maintenance Supervisor, providing maintenance training and overseeing special projects for our communities throughout the Midwest. He also serves as Maintenance Supervisor for Woodcrest Apartments, Parkside Apartments, and Stone Ridge Square Apartments, where he leads a talented team of technicians who maintain, repair, and renovate apartment homes in-house.
Rick brought more than a decade of multifamily maintenance experience with him when he joined M2 after working for a large national property management firm. He holds a Universal Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning EPA 608 Technician Certification and is also a Certified Lead Renovator and Certified Pool Operator.
Rick's extensive technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and commitment to developing his teams have made him a valuable leader within M2. His dedication and leadership have also earned him recognition as Supervisor of the Year.
