Rick is a regional maintenance supervisor, responsible for maintenance training and special projects for our sites across the Midwest. Rick is also the maintenance supervisor for Woodcrest Apartments, Parkside Apartments and Stone Ridge Square Apartments where he leads a team of talented technicians who maintain, repair and renovate apartment homes all in-house. Rick joined M2 Property Group in 2004 after over a decade of multi-family maintenance experience with a large national management firm. Rick holds a Universal Heating Ventilation and Cooling EPA 608 Technician Certification as well as being a Certified Lead Renovator and a Certified Pool Operator. Rick's many talents and his outstanding leadership earned him Supervisor of the year.
