Rachel, PHR, joined M2 Property Group in 2020 and serves as Human Resources Director, overseeing the human resources needs of employees across the organization nationwide.
With more than 15 years of experience as a human resources professional, Rachel brings a diverse background in human resources, administration, employee training, and leadership. Prior to joining M2, she gained experience in both the hospitality and senior care industries.
Rachel earned her Human Resources Management Certification in 2018 and her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential from the HR Certification Institute in 2021. In her role, she supports M2's employees and leadership while helping guide HR programs, employee relations, training, benefits, and organizational initiatives across the company.
