Laurie joined Water's Edge in 2016 and currently serves as Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing repair, maintenance, and contract services for 192 apartment homes.
Laurie brings several years of residential housing experience to her role after previously working in the food industry. She attended Northwestern Technological Institute, where she earned her HVAC/R certification.
Her hands-on experience and technical knowledge help ensure the community is well-maintained while providing dependable support to both residents and the Water's Edge team.
