Keith is our Maintenance Supervisor, where he oversees repair, maintenance, and contract services for the apartment community. He enjoys coming to work each day to support his team and serve our residents. Creating a safe, well-maintained community while helping his team succeed is something he takes great pride in.
Keith has been in the property maintenance industry since he was 18 and earned his HVAC certifications at 22. Throughout his career, he has gained more than 15 years of supervisory experience, including leading a maintenance team of 15 employees responsible for more than 1,000 apartment homes. These experiences have strengthened his leadership skills and reinforced his commitment to providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, Keith's favorite place to be is with his grandchildren. Spending time with them is his perfect way to relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work.
