Jason joined M2 Property Group in 2014 and brings more than 30 years of accounting experience to the team, with over 20 years focused specifically on the real estate industry. He earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
In his role, Jason reviews and analyzes financial statements, completes bank reconciliations, and works closely with our Property Managers and Regional Managers to support the financial operations of our communities. He is also responsible for preparing and providing financial reporting to ownership.
Throughout his career, Jason has gained experience with both commercial and residential properties, as well as Section 8, IHDA, CHA, and HUD programs. His extensive accounting and real estate experience make him a valuable resource for our teams and communities.
