James joined M2 Property Group after the acquisition of Parkside Apartments and Stone Ridge Square Apartments in 2021. James is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance and contract services for 304 apartment homes. His day-to-day responsibilities include, preventative maintenance, interior and exterior inspections, cleaning, equipment maintenance, emergency repairs and working alongside his team to keep both sites in clean and safe. He has over 20 years of experience in the maintenance field, after previously working in the food industry. James loves interacting with the residents and the challenges that every day brings.
