Dawn, COS, COSP, TCS, PHM, joined Cyril Court Apartments in 2022 and currently serves as Property Manager, overseeing resident relations, leasing, and the day-to-day operations of 205 apartment homes.
Dawn began her career in 1988 as a Janitor Helper with the Chicago Housing Authority and has since built more than 30 years of experience in the property management industry. Throughout her career, she has professionally managed communities across the Chicagoland area and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.
Her extensive industry background and professional certifications make her a valuable resource for her team as she works to support both residents and the successful operation of the community.
