Bret joined M2 Property Group in 2020 and currently serves as Maintenance Supervisor for North Park Towers and Cambridge Square Apartments. In his role, he oversees repair, maintenance, and contract services for 417 apartment homes.
With more than 20 years of maintenance experience across a variety of residential settings, Bret brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role. He holds EPA, HVAC, CPO, and lead paint certifications.
One of Bret's favorite parts of his job is interacting with residents and taking on the new challenges that each day brings. He takes pride in helping keep our communities running smoothly and providing a great experience for our residents.
