Bret's responsibilities include overseeing the repair, maintenance and contract services for 325 apartment homes. He has over 20 years of experience in the maintenance field and a variety of residential settings. Bret is EPA, HVAC, CPO and lead paint certified. He loves interacting with the residents and the challenges that every day brings.
