Moraine Ridge is a 101 unit Assisted Living Facility located in Green Bay, WI. The property, purchased in 2009 by the principals of M2 and their affiliates, was originally operated as an Seniors Independent Living apartment building. With the acquisition, M2 entered into a strategic partnership with Madison-based Elder Innovations/Kindred Hearts, an experienced healthcare operator with operations throughout Wisconsin. With their guidance and expertise, Moraine became licensed and staffed to provide Assisted Living care by early 2010.

Recently, Moraine underwent significant capital improvements to the lobby, dining and other common areas, and is well positioned to continue their sucessful lease up/conversion through its quality of care and service amenities being offered to their residents.
