  • Purchase of a non-performing note on a 26 unit apartment building
  • Syndicated the deal & Marketed the sale
  • Sold note at the Judicial sale for a massive gain in 2 months time

  • Asset Management from 2002-2008
  • Transitioned all tenants from Gross to Net leases, yielding a 15% increase in rental revenues and capping the owners liabilities for escalations in CAM and RE Taxes.

  • 233,143 SF of office space located in 7 buildings on a 10 acre campus, comprised of 135 tenants
  • Management & Leasing from 2006-2008
  • Decreased the operating expenses by 15%, and increased occupancy by 12%

  • Oversaw a number of capital improvement projects including roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
